When you follow the six abs pack diet plan, you must limit your calorie intake to 1600 calories per day. You have to eat MUFA or monosaturated fatty acid and you have to eat every 4 hours because based on the diet plan, this is enough to get rid of stubborn fats especially in the midsection of your body. Exercise is optional on this type of diet plan, although it is a fact that exercise plays a major role in losing weight.
